Satish Bhat

Satish is Chief Executive Officer of Adjaristsqali Georgia LLC. His vast experience of over 32 years in the power sector encompasses the fields of business development, project development and operations and maintenance.

He comes with expertise in renewable business, developing green field solar projects, managing mergers and acquisitions and running group captives. He also has experience in operations and maintenance of thermal, hydro (including pumped-storage plants), DG-based and solar photovoltaic power plants.

Mr. Bhat has served as nominee director on the boards of many companies specializing in the area of renewable energy.
