The Shuakhevi Hydropower Project is financed by International Financial Institutions (IFIs), such as International Financial Corporation (IFC), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The project was developed according to the safeguard requirements of the IFIs.
