Financing Business Ideas through the Family Business Support Program
AGL and The Institute of Democracy are contributing to the development of micro-businesses in the highlands of Adjara through its Family Business Support Program. This program has recently financed the construction of a family art workshop in the village of lower Vashlovani in Khulo.
In this village, two members of the Khozrevanidze family were artists and decided to build an art workshop near their house. They were initially building this workshop with their own savings but had to abandon the building process after these funds ran out.
With the support of this program, however, the family will finish the construction and provide free lessons in art and carving once the workshop is complete.
