Tata Power - new project partner
Representatives from Clean Energy Group, Tata Power and IFC signed a shareholders agreement and a share subscription agreement in New Delhi on the 9th of May to develop the up to 400 MW Adjaristsqali hydro project in Georgia.
Tata Power will be a new project partner with a 40% stake in the project.
