Partnerships4SDGs – Localization of Sustainable Development Goals
Organized by the UN Global Compact Network Georgia and the Sustainable Development Goals Council and with the support of the Swedish government, the conference “Partnerships 4SDGs – Localization of Sustainable Development Goals” was held on June 8-9 in Batumi. Iza Gotsadze, AGL's Head of Strategic Communications, was a participant in the panel discussion.
In the framework of the panel, the best practices in achieving European regulations and Sustainable Development goals were shared by representatives of TBC Bank, APM Terminals Poti and Hilton Batumi.
At the conference, the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, the Mayor of Batumi, Archil Chikovani, and the Head of the Policy Planning and Coordination Department of the Administration of the Government of Georgia, Vakhtang Katamadze delivered the opening remarks.
